1. Appointments & ServicesAll appointments are reserved by time, not by guaranteed outcome. Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.
If the remaining time does not allow the service to be completed to a professional standard, the appointment may be cancelled and charged in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it cannot be completed safely, professionally, or respectfully.
2. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-ShowsCancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the booking value. Fees may be charged to the card on file or required prior to future bookings being accepted.3. Pricing & PaymentsPrices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are based on the service booked and may vary depending on hair condition, length, density, previous treatments, or technical complexity identified during the appointment. Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits or prepayments may be required for selected services.4. Service OutcomesResults vary depending on hair type, condition, history, and maintenance. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed. Any concerns must be raised during or immediately after the service. Refunds are not offered for change of mind.5. Health, Safety & Client ConductClients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or previous chemical treatments. Abusive, aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service and future bookings where necessary.6. Chemical Services – Consent & Risk DisclosureChemical services include, but are not limited to, colour, bleach, toners, perms, scalp treatments, and corrective work.By booking or receiving a chemical service at La Nena Barber Craft, you acknowledge and agree that chemical services involve inherent risks and unpredictable outcomes. Results cannot be guaranteed. Hair or scalp irritation, sensitivity, breakage, dryness, or unexpected results may occur despite professional care. Previous chemical treatments, home colour, medications, medical conditions, or sensitivities may affect outcomes. Hair integrity and scalp health take priority over desired aesthetic results. La Nena Barber Craft reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a chemical service if it may compromise hair or scalp health. You confirm that all relevant information has been disclosed prior to the service and consent to proceed.7. Online Store – ProductsThese Terms apply to all online purchases made through La Nena Barber Craft.All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or third-party carriers. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Faulty products are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returned products must be unused and in original condition where applicable.8. Advertising, Promotions & OffersPromotions, discounts, advertisements, and offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. Promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable. Advertising images and videos are for illustrative purposes only. Results shown in advertisements are not guaranteed. Misuse or abuse of promotions may result in refusal or cancellation of orders or services.9.
